Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.

Change of mind

Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns.

Card condition

Blister cards can get minor shelf wear in factory packing. Minor card wear isn't considered a fault unless the listing states mint card.
